We bring big ideas, and real impact.
It’s about the people in the team, not the name of the company delivering your work. You deserve the best people for your project, and we have them.
We are an experienced partner to the office of finance and the CFO. We are passionate about the power of data to deliver instant insights and the systems that can deliver that.
What sets us apart isn’t just our process, it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
We are a team with significant in-house finance and accounting experience, now working to help transform finance functions globally and locally. Your success is our success, and we work shoulder-to-shoulder with you and your team to achieve it.
Who We Are
Our values
-
About our clients' outcomes, not just our deliverables. We take the time to understand your business, your team, and what success actually looks like - then we build toward it.
We check in, we support, and we connect. The same energy we bring to our clients, we bring to our team.
-
Spreadsheets exist because nobody questioned them. We do. We push our clients - and ourselves - to imagine what's possible when the right technology meets real finance expertise.
Internally, this means we welcome new ideas, question old habits, and never assume that the way we've always done something is the best way to do it. -
CPM implementations have a reputation for complexity. We fight that at every turn - clear communication, practical solutions, and no unnecessary jargon with clients.
Internally, it means we cut through noise, keep processes lean, and respect each other's time. If something can be explained simply, we explain it simply.
-
Even when it's inconvenient. We'll tell you if a solution isn't the right fit, if a timeline is unrealistic, or if there's a better way - because short-term comfort at the expense of long-term trust isn't a trade we're willing to make.
Inside the team, doing the right thing means being honest in feedback, owning mistakes, and treating every colleague with the same respect we show our clients.
-
Finance doesn't have to be painful, and neither does the work of transforming it.
We genuinely enjoy what we do - the problem-solving, the moments when something clicks for a client, and the people we do it with.
We hire for enthusiasm as much as expertise, and we make space for laughter, celebration, and time together as a team.
-
The best solution today may not be the best solution tomorrow.
We stay ahead of what's possible - in AI, in CPM, and in how we deliver - so our clients always benefit from what's next.
Inside the business, innovation is everyone's job. We encourage experimentation, back new ideas, and create space for the team to explore better ways of working - even when there's no guaranteed outcome.
